Santa Fe Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    1 small can chilies (medium or hot)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1/2 lb. cooked, diced chicken
    1 pack coffee creamer
    3 oz. chicken base
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    dash of black pepper
    dash of chili powder
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    dash of salt
    dash of cumin
    12 oz. margarine
    12 oz. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine margarine and flour to make roux; set aside.
