Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon (instant)
    1 2/3 c. hot water
    2 c. uncooked instant rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine onion and margarine in saucepan.
    Place bouillon in hot water until dissolved.
    Add rice and green onion to all ingredients and place in a casserole.
    Cover and microwave at High 4 to 8 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, until liquid is absorbed, 5 to 6 minutes.
    Stir in eggs and soy sauce.
    Microwave, uncovered, at High until eggs are set, 2 to 4 minutes, stirring several times.
    Fluff with fork before serving.
