Mexican Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up cooked chicken
    1 can whole tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. green chilies
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Monterey Jack
    1 egg
    2 c. corn chips
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine chicken, tomatoes, onions, chilies and cumin.
    Mix well.
    Blend sour cream, 3/4 cup Cheddar, Monterey Jack and egg. Spread half the corn chips in casserole.
    Layer with half chicken mixture and half the sour cream mixture.
    Repeat and top with remaining chips and 1/4 cup Cheddar.
    Bake until done.
