Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    7 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. soft shortening
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar, salt and half the flour.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add egg and shortening. Gradually beat in the rest of the flour until smooth.
    Cover with damp cloth and place in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Cut into 6 parts.
    Roll each part out and cut into 8ths.
