Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1 tsp. chili powder to taste
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1/2 can water
    1/2 can uncooked rice
    onion, bell pepper and celery to taste
    dash of Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and spices with onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Add tomatoes, 1/2 can water, and 1/2 can uncooked rice. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cover for first 30 minutes.
