Copper Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Heat together for a few minutes and pour over cooked carrots, onion and pepper.
    Cover good so steam can't get out as this cooks the onion and pepper.
