Zucchini Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 or 4 tender zucchini, washed, peeled, sliced
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 sprig fresh parsley
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour oil into an 8-inch dish and add about 1/3 of the zucchini, onion, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salt to taste and parsley.
    Make layers in this manner until all ingredients are used.
    Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
