Old English Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 Tbsp. wine or apple juice
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pecans, cut fine
1 c. raisins, cut fine
4 egg whites
2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Blend in all other ingredients except egg whites.
Beat egg whites real stiff and fold in. Divide into 2 pie shells.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
