Lime Jello Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    3 lemons (juice and grated rind)
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add sugar.
    Cool.
    Add other ingredients.
    Freeze.
    Stir 3 to 4 times during freezing. When soft frozen, beat with rotary beater.
    Return to refrigerator trays until ready to serve.
