Christmas Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen Riches dinner rolls
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine (1 stick), melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Butter an angel food cake pan.
Place frozen rolls in bottom of pan.
Mix together pudding (dry), sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over rolls.
Sprinkle on nuts.
Pour melted butter over top. Cover (with dry dish towel) and let set on counter overnight. Next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
