Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
1 c. tomato ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. diced onion
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, then mix together ketchup, chilies and onion.
Spread over chicken. Sprinkle cheeses over top.
Bake additional 10 to 15 minutes to melt cheese.
