Brandi'S Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
Preparation
    In small bowl, beat together at medium speed the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla for about 1 minute until light.
    Add melted butter.
    Continue beating until thoroughly blended.
    Mix flour and cocoa together and add to creamed mixture.
    Spread evenly in greased 8-inch square dish.
    Microwave at High (10) for 6 to 7 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 3 minutes.
    When done, top looks dry and will spring back when lightly touched.
    Cool and cut. Makes about 20 brownies.
