Foiled Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Place slices of potatoes on a 20-inch length of aluminum foil.
    Dash liberally with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with cheese, cover with onions, then dot with butter.
    Wrap and seal tightly.
    Roast on grill or bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
