Baked Sliced Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Cut unpared potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Place overlapping slices in buttered \"oven-to-table\" 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix butter and oil. Brush slices with mixture. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and thyme.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown at edges.
    Mix once during baking time. Serves 4.
