Redskin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. redskin potatoes (unpeeled)
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. Hellmann's mayo
    1/2 bottle bacon bits
    4 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Wash and boil the potatoes until tender; quarter them.
    Spray a 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam.
    Place the quartered potatoes in the pan.
    Melt the cheese in the microwave; add the bacon bits, mayo and green onions.
    Mix well.
    Spoon over the top of the potatoes. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
