Golden Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. unsalted butter
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

In a bowl combine butter and egg yolk.
Beat well.
Slowly blend in confectioners sugar.
Beat well.
Add vanilla.
Yields 3/4 to 1 cup.
