Creme De Menthe Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    2 egg whites
    1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. creme de menthe
    maraschino cherries (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (16 oz.) Hershey chocolate fudge canned topping
    mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, egg whites, water and 2 tablespoons creme de menthe.
    Beat for 2 minutes on high.
    Reduce to low for 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool completely.
