Baked Mahimahi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. mahimahi
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 c. mayonnaise
    bread crumbs
    1 round onion, sliced thin
Preparation
    Lightly salt and pepper the fish.
    Marinate in sherry for at least 1 hour.
    Butter the pan.
    Lay the fish down, then spread with mayonnaise, mixed with sliced onion.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
