Sausage Pinwheels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
5 Tbsp. shortening
2/3 c. milk
1 lb. hot sausage
Preparation

Combine
all
ingredients
except sausage and mix until like biscuits.
Separate
dough into 2 parts.
Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.
Take
sausage
and
spread
over dough.
Roll into rolls
on waxed paper (like a jelly roll).
Chill.
Slice thinly. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Can be baked before and stored in tins.
Reheat in oven just before serving.
