Lemon Pecan Dainties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar; add egg and lemon juice and beat well.
    Mix dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
    Mix well and stir in nuts.
    Shape in 1 to 1 1/2-inch in diameter rolls and wrap in wax paper.
    Chill.
    May be left overnight in fridge.
    Slice very thin; bake on greased cookie sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 5 dozen.
