Mom'S Summer Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked bow tie noodles
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
    1 large apple, cored and sliced
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    3 c. cooked turkey, cut in bite size pieces
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. whipping cream (sometimes called heavy cream, not whipped cream)
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    romaine lettuce leaves
    1/2 c. toasted, sliced almonds
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the noodles, oranges, apple, celery and turkey.
