Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 hard-boiled eggs, shelled and cut lengthwise, reserve yolks
    1 (5 oz.) potato, boiled
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl mash potato and egg yolks.
    Add mayonnaise, mustard, relish and onion, mix well.
    Then, using teaspoon, put about 1 heaping teaspoonful of mixture to each egg white.
    Sprinkle tray of eggs with paprika and refrigerate before serving or serve immediately.
