Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cubed chuck
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 or 2 bouillon cubes
1 c. water
1 c. Burgundy wine
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

Cut meat in cubes.
Brown meat and onions in oil.
Stir in flour and seasonings.
Add\twater
and
stir until slightly thickened.\tAdd bouillon cubes and wine.
Cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
Stir occasionally.\tServes 6.
