Gormet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. potatoes
    1/4 c. oleo
    2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. commercial sour cream
    1 Tbsp. onion
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with
    skins
    on.
    Skin potatoes and cube or shred. Mix other
    ingredients and stir through potatoes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
