Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. red wine
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    vegetables: potatoes, onion, carrots, etc.
Preparation
    Shake flour in bag, add sauce, wine, water, bouillon, salt and pepper in bag.
    Add roast, mushrooms and vegetables.
    Turn several times to coat.
    Tie bag.
    Make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
