Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and pulled off the bone
1/2 onion, diced
3/4 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook Ro-Tel and soups in pan until hot (not boiling).
Using a 2-quart casserole dish or a roasting pan, layer chicken, Doritos, onions and part of the soup mixture.
Continue layering and then pour remainder of the soup mixture on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle top with shredded cheese and place in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
