Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    20 Ritz crackers, crumbled (not too fine)
    1 c. pecans, broken in pieces
    pinch of salt (optional)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar, baking powder, vanilla, crumbs and pecans.
    Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream.
