Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c.sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except topping in a mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle topping mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 - 40 minutes.
