Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix last 2 ingredients together in a large shallow bowl or plate.
    Cream together 1 1/2 cups sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs and blend well.
    In a separate bowl mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt together.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Shape dough in 1-inch balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
