Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Heat half of orange juice and syrup over low flame.
    Dissolve cornstarch in remaining orange juice.
    Simmer 2 to 3 minutes after bringing to full boil.
    Serve hot or cold over pancakes or waffles.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
