Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (may use buttermilk)
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate bits
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In mixing bowl, cream butter, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk, blend well and add dry ingredients.
Stir together. Add zucchini.
Mix well.
Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate bits and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Does not need frosting.
