Shrimp And Artichoke Hearts Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 Tbsp. butter, divided
    4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. each: milk and heavy cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (20 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen and cooked
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    1 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, melt 4 1/2 tablespoons of butter.
    With whisk, stir in flour until blended.
    Gradually beat in milk and cream; cook until thick and smooth.
    Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
