Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked deep dish pie shell
2 c. fresh broccoli (chopped or florets)
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 c. diced onion
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash broccoli and chop or break into florets.
Place in bottom of pie shell.
Sprinkle with cheese. Mix balance of ingredients and pour into broccoli and cheese. Bake in preheated oven about 45 minutes or until custard tests done.
Serve in wedges.
Makes 8 servings.
