Apple Spice Custard Cake - cooking recipe

1 (8 1/4 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
2 medium all-purpose apples, pared, cored and finely chopped (2 c.)
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) container Borden sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
ground cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare cake mix.
Stir in apples.
Pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until done.
In medium bowl, combine milk, sour cream and lemon juice.
Remove cake; spread cream mixture on top.
Return to oven. Bake 10 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cool and refrigerate leftovers.
