Chicken Tortilla - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, diced
1 small can Ortega green chilies, chopped
1 doz. corn tortillas
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. broth from chicken
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella or Swiss)
Preparation

Slice tortillas in strips.
Combine soups, broth, sour cream, onions and chilies.
In a 9 x 13-inch casserole, layer tortillas, half the chicken, half the sauce and half the cheese.
Repeat. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
