Flying Saucers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

spoon
butter knife
small bowl
6 to 8 sq. of aluminum foil
1/2 pt. mint ice cream
12 to 16 large chocolate cookies
Preparation

Empty ice cream into a bowl.
With a spoon, stir ice cream until it softens just a little.
With a butter knife, spread softened ice cream on a cookie.
Cover it quickly with another cookie.
Wrap the ice cream sandwich in a square of aluminum foil, and pop into freezer.
Use the rest of ice cream and cookies to make more sandwiches working quickly so ice cream won't melt. Freeze for 24 hours.
