Pear And Swiss Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    cardamom to taste
    cinnamon to taste
    2 fresh pears, cored and sliced
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. chopped, roasted cashews
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients in bowl.
    Add pears, cheese and cashews.
    Toss lightly.
    Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
    Serves 4.
