English Toffee(May Prepare Ahead. Makes One 10 X 13-Inch Slab.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 (4 oz.) bar paraffin
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter, butter, cracker crumbs, sugar, vanilla and nuts; blend well.
    Hand roll into little finger-size logs.
    Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in top of double boiler.
    With fork, dip logs, one at a time, into chocolate mixture.
    Place on waxed paper to harden chocolate.
