Rosh Hashanah Honey Cake(Pareve) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. instant coffee crystals in 1 c. water (set aside)
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. chopped pecans/almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar, honey, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
    Mix well (2 minutes on electric mixer).
    Set aside. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and cloves.
    Set aside.
    Grease 10-inch Bundt pan and flour lightly. Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with coffee.
    Mix well (2 minutes).
    Add nuts.
    Fill Bundt or 4 to 5 very small loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
