Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 sliced potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. American cheese (16 slices)
    milk
    8 slices bacon
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in water until tender.
    Drain water and cover potatoes with milk.
    Fry bacon until crisp and saute onion until tender.
    Crumble bacon into soup and add onion.
    Add cheese 20 minutes before serving.
