Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
7 1/2 -8 c. flour
Preparation

Mix dough ingredients and knead enough to make a workable dough. Grease 2 large baking sheets and 2 small ones. Divide the dough between them. Greasing your hands enables you to spread dough out easier over each baking sheet.
