Wet Bottom Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. shortening
1 c. flour
1 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. turkey molasses
1/2 c. Brier Rabbit molasses
1 pie crust
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, shortening and flour.
Save 1/2 cup of mixture.
Bring water to boil.
Add baking soda.
Stir in molasses.
Add beaten egg.
Mix together, then add crumbs and liquid together.
Pour into pie crust and top with remaining 1/2 cup crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
