Candied Cranberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries (4 c.)
    2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Spread the cranberries in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle cranberries with sugar; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    Stir, cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Stir the cranberries occasionally by carefully lifting and turning the cranberries with a metal spatula. Chill until ready to use.
    Yield:
    3 cups.

    One tablespoon = 1 fruit exchange.
