Pork Chop Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large lean pork chops
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3 pkg. corn bread mix
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 stick oleo
    2 boiled eggs
Preparation
    Boil chops in water in large pan until tender.
    Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
    Make corn bread according to package directions on package.
    Save water that pork chops were cooked in.
