Rhubarb Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. white sugar
1 beaten egg
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
4 Tbsp. butter, softened
2/3 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Combine sugar and 1 tablespoon butter.
Stir in rhubarb and spread mixture in a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine 4 tablespoons butter, 2/3 cup flour and brown sugar.
Cut into crumbs with pastry blender or fork and spread over rhubarb mixture.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with rich milk or cream.
Turns out something like an impossible pie.
