Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. shredded coconut
    vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Beat eggs until well mixed.
    Add buttermilk, sugar, coconut, margarine and if desired, vanilla flavoring.
    Mix well and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell or deep dish shell.
    Cook for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
