Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 German chocolate cake mix

Preparation

Place in bottom of sheet cake pan the coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans.
Mix German chocolate cake mix according to directions and pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, margarine, confectioners sugar and vanilla.
Streak cream cheese mixture over cake and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
