Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 stick margarine
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 large onion
4 baking potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Cut potatoes into large chunks.
Melt margarine in large baking dish.
Add cooking oil.
Add potatoes and cut up onion.
Stir to coat vegetables with oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Stir once during baking.
