Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. yeast
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    5 lb. flour plain all-purpose
Preparation
    Mix yeast, warm water and sugar; let yeast dissolve.
    Stir to mix.
    Add milk, oil and eggs (beat first); mix well.
    Add 1/2 flour and salt; mix well.
    Add enough flour to make a dough not real stiff.
    Let rise for 1 hour or until double in bulk.
    Punch down.
    Knead in extra flour if needed.
    Roll out and cut into rolls or pinch in muffin pans.
    Let rise again for about 1 hour or until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
