Bob'S Favorite Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ribs, cut into serving pieces
    salt and pepper
    liquid smoke
Preparation
    Cut ribs into serving pieces; place on a rack in broiler pan. Salt and pepper.
    Place under broiler and brown on both sides. This takes away a lot of grease.
    When the ribs are nice and brown, sprinkle with liquid smoke.
    Place in a crock-pot and pour barbecue sauce over them.
    Set the dial at low and cook for 12 hours.
